Exhibition services
We can offer one or more of the following:
- Fundraising to generate the necessary funds to develop and produce the exhibition.
- Preparing exhibition proposals to send out to possible venues.
- Contacting possible venues and carrying out all necessary facility checks to ensure suitability.
- Negotiating the conditions of loan and arranging the agreements between the Lender and the venues.
- Managing the design, development and content at each venue.
- Organising crating, transport and insurance to the first venue.
- Creating any necessary marketing materials or education packs
- Overseeing all installation and de-installations to ensure the look of the exhibition
- Organising any necessary refurbishment and repairs.
- Project managing the exhibition until it returns to the Lender.
